We were given the opportunity to work with The Adecco Group as their creative partner for their upcoming annual conference. This event would bring together over 2000 global employees for a single day event at Battersea Evolution in London. It was our task to provide all design collateral for the build up to the event and for the event itself.
We were given a theme to base our work around and had to produce a brand for it entitled “Creating Brighter Futures”. By creating a brighter future for internal and external talent, they want a sense of pride to resonate, in turn building trust and support in one another. The messaging for the conference was built upon 3 key focus points; customer, client and colleague.
For Adecco, it’s all about true collaboration as one group in order to make it easier to do business with. To be able to deliver on their promises the Adecco leadership team wanted to help drive exceptional customer experiences for their clients, candidates and colleagues. The Adecco annual conference had one aim – to instil these values in to their team universally.
A wide variety of digital and printed material was required for the event. The annual conference is the pinnacle event in Adecco’s calendar and a great deal of planning was required beforehand to ensure that all intermediate deadlines were met. With such an extensive attendee list, considerable online communication was necessary, which we carried out through CVENT, to ensure all relevant information was shared and anticipation was maintained.
